Return Policy
At Jennie Dots, we are a small business and thoughtfully curate each item in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:
- Home décor
- Gifts & accessories
- Seasonal & holiday items
- Beauty & bath products
- Toothpick Gift Sets
- Hair accessories/ Hats
- Sale or discounted items
- Final Sale Items
Eligible Returns
Select apparel items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
A $12 return processing/shipping fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the item and packaging so we can help make it right.
Shipping Delays & Delivered Packages
Once packages are handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Jennie Dots is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather delays, or shipping issues caused by the carrier.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages refused or returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout are subject to original shipping charges and any carrier return fees.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, customers agree to the policies listed on our website. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly to resolve an issue may result in refusal of future orders.
