Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (estimated 4–8 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this timeframe.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee its location. However, we are happy to help guide you through next steps.

If your package shows as delivered but has not been received, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property (porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.)
  • Asking neighbors or household members in case it was accepted on your behalf
  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier for more detailed delivery information

Jennie Dots is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by USPS or the shipping carrier.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@jenniedots.com and we will do our best to assist you. In certain cases, a replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
